We are currently hiring for the following permanent positions to join our studio on the Harewood Estate in Leeds:

Junior Interior Designer

If you are inquisitive, driven, excellent at problem-solving and able to think on your feet, then our studio is a good place to develop your skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Produce creative conceptual designs working with the Senior and Middleweight Designers
  • Deliver design documents from concept to detail
  • Be able to present design concepts and ideas with confidence
  • Research and produce FF&E designs and specifications
  • Liaise with consultants and suppliers

Knowledge and experience:

  • Knowledge of space planning and concept development
  • Proven experience producing detailed drawings packages and schedules
  • Experience of working to UK statutory requirements
  • Good knowledge of joinery and construction detailing
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • A keen interest FF&E

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Interior Design/Architecture BA(Hons)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent rendering skills an advantage
  • Strong communication skills: fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrate a resilient mind set when required to work in time critical situation

Middleweight Interior Designer

If you are inquisitive, driven, excellent at problem-solving and able to think on your feet, then our studio is a good place to develop your skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Produce creative conceptual designs alongside the Senior Designers
  • Deliver design documents from concept to detail
  • Be able to present design concepts and ideas with confidence
  • Research and produce FF&E designs and specifications
  • Liaise with consultants and suppliers

Knowledge and experience:

  • Proven experience working on multi-unit residential developments is desirable
  • Knowledge of space planning and concept development
  • Proven experience producing detailed drawings packages and schedules
  • Experience of working to UK statutory requirements
  • Good knowledge of joinery and construction detailing
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • A keen interest FF&E

These are full-time positions.
