Project Description

With its 3 Italianate towers, T.R. Harding’s former steel pin factory in the South Bank area, is a city landmark.

We were appointmed by ASK to provide interior design services across the project, after which we worked directly for Legal & General in a Client Monitoring role, overseeing the delivery by Sir Robert McAlpine.

Our brief for the project was to design the interiors of Tower Works to sit as a companion piece to neighbouring Mustard Wharf, which we completed for Legal & General in 2021.

The completion of Tower Works will see the Mustard Wharf community grow to 492 apartments. The development extends the campus approach and a new resident’s coworking space is added to compliment the existing gym and other socal spaces in Mustard Wharf.
