Legal & General acquired North Tower in 2020 to extend their Build To Rent offer at Deansgate Square.

The 276 apartment tower joins the neighbouring, 350 apartment West Tower to form the West Tower Residences.

Where the award winning West Tower stands alone, North Tower is connected to the Deansgate Square entrance and amenities. The entrance lobby provides workspace and a lounge area as well as a direct connection into Atomeca, the cafe bar designed for the Schofield Brothers.

The apartments are designed to feel related to West Tower but also have their own personality.
